After years in the trades, our owner Scott saw how many landlords, homeowners, and businesses were juggling multiple contractors just to keep up with repairs and improvements. He launched Tri-State to bring all those services under one dependable name.
From our home base in Adrian, MI, we’ve grown into a go-to property maintenance and remodeling company for all of NW Ohio and SE Michigan. Our team handles everything from rental property cleanouts and rent-readys to flooring, drywall, carpentry, and plumbing repairs. Along the way, we’ve also taken on commercial buildouts - like a recent project for ATP Flight School at Ann Arbor Municipal Airport - that showcases our mastery over details, timelines, and trades.
